The Venue

The ParQ Bar has opened its doors in East Vic Park This new venue has a strong emphasis on craft beers, cocktails, gins, and whiskies. We are looking for the industry’s finest Cocktail Bartenders to join our team who are open-minded and respectful of the LGBTQIA+ community. 

Qualifications & Experience

  • First up, you must be a professional cocktail waiter and have worked in a premium venue

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience

  • Vibrant personality and even a little quirky

  • Strong work ethic, honest, reliable and courteous

  • Committed to working in an environment where cleanliness and quality are of utmost importance

  • Good conversationalist, non-judgemental

  • On time, well presented with a hospitable manner

  • Embrace weekend work and late nights, not every week

  • RSA a must and Duty Managers card a bonus

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • High-volume output of classic and in-house cocktails

  • Communication with clients on a professional level.

  • Ability to make customers feel relaxed and comfortable using friendly communication

  • Versatile and flexible to work on the floor and behind the bar

  • Cleaning, hosting, tidying, stock replenishment

  • Ability to identify intoxicated persons and deal with them in a professional delicate manner
